The letter that started it all

I joined fellow pediatricians to write and send a letter to the Department of Homeland Security, advocating for children in immigration detention. Signed by thousands of medical professionals, it raises urgent concerns about their health and well-being. Alongside Ashley Marie Cozzo and Lara Jones, we urged DHS to follow American Academy of Pediatrics guidance and immediately release all detained children.
